Now Offering Concierge Curbside Service

In an effort to keep our community healthy during the Corona outbreak, we have instituted some new policies which are outlined below until further notice.

Rolling Hills Pet Clinic will remain open for the foreseeable future. We aim to continue offering tailored pet care for all the pets in our care and will minimize the contact and potential spread of COVID-19 between people. 


Our lobby will be closed to the public &  pets will be escorted by clinic staff into the building.


Patient Visits

We have two options to accommodate your pet’s health needs during this time.

The first is we are now offering curbside concierge service for scheduled appointments only. We will not take any walk-ins. Please call the office as normal to schedule an appointment.

Once you arrive at the clinic, remain in your vehicle and call 520.790.4871 or 520.904.2952. We will discuss his/her history and then a member of our staff will come out and escort your pet inside to the clinic for care. We ask that you wait in the parking lot until the exam is complete. Once the veterinarian has examined the pet and has determined treatment recommendations, we will call you to discuss options, determine if your pet needs to stay for diagnostics, and collect payment. Once your pet is ready, we will arrange a pick-up time and we will escort him/her back to the vehicle.

The second option is to book a telemedicine appointment through the Televet App. All pets must have had an exam by one of our veterinarians within the last 12 months. Download the app or call the clinic for further assistance for booking a Televet appointment. If your pet requires medication, we can send the prescription to a local pharmacy of your choice or schedule a time for you to pick it up from the clinic.

We do require a telemedicine appointment if you have any symptoms of illness (fever, cough, shortness of breath, scratchy throat, etc), are under quarantine, have traveled out of the country in the past two weeks, or have had contact with someone who may have the Corona virus and your pet needs medical care.

Medication Purchases:

– Refills:  please allow 48 hours to be filled and we are currently allocating all medications from our pharmacy to a 30-day supply.

– Pick-ups:  please call us from your mobile phone, we will collect payment, and a team member will deliver the products to your vehicle in our parking lot.

Please follow the CDC guidelines: wash your hands before visiting the clinic, do not shake hands, or make physical contact, cough/sneeze into your elbow or disposable tissue, and use hand sanitizer after touching communal objects. In addition to our standard cleaning, we have increased sanitation protocols to help keep everyone healthy.
