Upgrades available for expanded blood panels — ask us for details. 10% discount on prevention is applied when purchasing a full year’s supply in a single visit. Unlimited exams are available when a recommended diagnostic or treatment is performed during the visit. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Exams scheduled within 24 hours, including same-day appointments, are subject to a $20 office visit fee. All exams are subject to appointment availability, and additional fees may apply for certain appointments or services. Puppies and kittens require additional vaccines that are not included in the plan—please ask us for more information. Medical/waste fees and rabies registration are not included.
